Formerly pediatrician, Dr. Allan Donsky has been a child and adolescent psychiatrist for 25 years.He is a clinical associate professor in the department of psychiatry at the University of Calgary and adjunct professor in the department of child studies and social work, Mount Royal University, Calgary. Allan offers presentations and facilitates workshops at schools, universities, conferences and in the business world. Allan uses a mindful approach to navigate the human experience integrating mind, heart, spirit and soul. His work is further informed by mythology and a quest for the deepest understanding of what it means to be human. He uses peace, beauty and joy as guides to improve the quality of our being while we are doing our doing. This brings us closer to the quality life we all seek.
