Cinim's BreathingRoom program helps young people (13-24) cope with challenges by creating healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Students across Canada struggle with depression, anxiety, and stress. Depression can weigh on young minds, affecting their academic performance and overall wellbeing. Many teens and young adults struggle with anxiety driven by school, family, and social demands. The pressure to do well in school, to fit in, and carve out a path in life can all create stress. Cinim’s BreathingRoom program can help.
BreathingRoom is supported by published research and three rigorous clinical trials that address foundational concepts proven essential to wellbeing in youth. The program is designed to help young people cope with challenges, but it’s not just about addressing the negative – it’s about giving them tools and strategies to thrive. They learn to build stronger connections with themselves and others – and find positivity, resilience and purpose in their lives.
