CINIM proactively builds resilience by developing and delivering safe, effective, evidence-based, accessible, programs that empower people to live life to the fullest.


To address the severe shortage of robust (safe, evidence-based, effective, proactive, lasting impact), accessible, relatable and affordable mental health resources by developing and delivering innovative programs that empower people with practical strategies to manage life’s challenges.


To build a legacy of resilience in individuals, families and communities; by the development and delivery of evidence-based, proactive programs that a) address underserved needs, b) address the root cause of problems, and c) teach life skills that are transferable and transformative.

Current Focus

  • Deployment of the LEAP Project to Youth (aged 13-24)
  • Development of LEAP 2 Resilience Program (topics being considered: youth addictions, youth eating disorders, and young offenders)
  • Development and Implementation of Resilience-Building Programs in the Workplace
